Meet Chip
Chip was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, but moved to New Hampshire because of his love for the Lakes Region. He comes from a real estate and home building background; his Mom is a retired Member of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and his Dad was a successful home builder.
Chip is an entrepreneur, starting his own custom cabinet and remodeling business in 1976. Over the years, he has managed the remodeling of thousands of homes and prides himself on the number of repeat customers he has worked with. That only happens when there is quality work and outstanding customer service. Chip believes that every phone call or message should be returned promptly and that the key to a happy customer is listening to their needs and fulfilling them.
Chip loves old houses and lives in a 1804 farmhouse in Wolfeboro. He focuses his spare time on remodeling, riding his bicycle and motorcycle, working on old cars, and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. His wife, Chris, grew up around the Lakes Region. Chip has a daughter and 2 dog children.
When asked what he likes about real estate, Chip responded “, I like helping people find a house that they can make their dream home.”
